I would like to start  by saying “THANK YOU” to all of the Commissioners and Police Chiefs who attended the Spring Seminar in East Peoria and the entire IFPCA Staff who worked together to make this great event happen. This was truly a phenomenal Seminar.

John Broiher’s General session was outstanding as usual. I cannot forget about our Modules, the feedback was incredible and our instructors did a fantastic job. Again I want to say THANK YOU.

If you are interested in becoming a part of one of the most influential Commissions in the state of Illinois, please do not hesitate to contact the IFPCA office at (630) 571-1080.

Illinois State Statute states a municipality with a population over 5000 residents is compelled to create a Fire and Police Commission board. We need to reach out to our neighboring communities to find out if they are members of the IFPCA, and give their information to the IFPCA office. We also need to let them know about the IFPCA and how our organization can help them or prepare them for any issues that may arise with their commissions.

I enjoy serving you as President and seeing all of you in East Peoria. I will see you all at our Fall Seminar  in St Charles at Pheasant Run on November 6th, 7th 8th.

Tom Kucharski,

Illinois Fire and Police Commissioners Association
